In loving memory of Lisa Michele Williams, we gather to honor her remarkable life and bid farewell to a cherished soul. Lisa, born on August 19, 1960, in Philadelphia, PA, peacefully passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 63 in White Plains, Maryland. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and a beacon of light in her community.

Lisa will forever be remembered as a devoted and loving mother, whose unwavering love and care shaped the lives of her children and grandchildren. Her presence brought warmth and comfort to those fortunate enough to know her, and her legacy of love will endure through the generations.

Deeply committed to her faith, Lisa found solace and strength in her relationship with God. Her unwavering devotion to her church community was an inspiration to all who knew her. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as the written word and the company of loved ones.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on November 28, 2023, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, located at 5119 4th St. NW, Washington, DC 2011. The visitation will begin at 10 a.m., followed by the service at 11 a.m. Lisa will be laid to rest at Heritage Memorial Cemetery, 13472 Poplar Hill Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20603.

In honor of Lisa's memory, the family kindly requests that any contributions be made in the form of flowers, which can be sent directly to the church by 9 a.m. on the day of the service.
