Martha Ann Bolton

Martha “Moon” Bolton, 62, of Washington, DC, danced her way into eternity on November 3, 2023, in Washington, District of Columbia. Born on April 14, 1961, in the nation’s capital, Martha was a true party starter and a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend.

Martha had a magnetic personality that drew people to her like bees to honey. She was the life of any gathering, known for her moves on the dance floor and her infectious laughter. Whether she was dealing cards, whipping up a delicious meal, or tending to her plants, Martha knew how to make every moment shine. And let’s not forget her unwavering love for the Washington Red Skins football team. She was their number one fan!

Friends and family will gather on December 2, 2023, at Gospel Ark Temple located at 4551 Benning Rd SE Washington, DC 20019 at 10 a.m. visitation, with funeral services to begin at 11 am.
