He received his high school diploma from Charles County Public Schools and went on to embrace a life filled with creativity and joy. Walter had a knack for building custom bicycles, finding peace as he rode through the streets he loved. Music spoke to his soul, and skating brought him immense happiness; these simple pleasures defined him in the eyes of his family and friends.

A graveside service to honor and celebrate the life of Walter Smith, Jr. will be held on May 24, 2024 at Heritage Memorial Cemetery LLC in Waldorf, Maryland. The service will commence at 12:00 PM as we gather to bid farewell to a remarkable man who brought light into our lives. For those who would like to send flowers please have them send to the funeral home, on the day of service no later than 10 a.m.
